To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ApeTuBet and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable to you for:

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ApeTuBet makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
ApeTuBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, responsible gambling self-exclusion requests, or as required by applicable regulatory obligations.
Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any Balance — including real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at ApeTuBet's sole discretion following a reasonable internal investigation period.

All pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, provided all eligibility conditions are met.
